Immediately after via Monfalcone and sections of the ring road
VITERBO – Asphalting work continues on city roads. Monday 10 June will be the turn of via della Caserma. “We proceed with another street that is particularly damaged and also very busy – explains the mayor Chiara Frontini -. Work will also begin on Via Monfalcone within a few days. The works on both roads, foreseen in the asphalting timetable, had been postponed until the completion of the operations for the removal of the bomb in the nearby Via Alcide De Gasperi. Also during the week we will move again to the ring road to continue with the redevelopment of other important sections”.
To allow the project to be carried out in via della Caserma, it will be necessary to establish a ban on vehicular traffic starting from Monday 10 June. “To reduce inconvenience to motorists, especially to all those who in various capacities travel this road every day – explains the councilor for public works Stefano Floris – we have agreed with the company to reopen to traffic at the end of daily working hours. Therefore, in the three days scheduled for the asphalting work, from Monday 10 June, vehicular transit will be interrupted at 7.30 am and will be reopened at 6 pm”. During closing hours, transit will still be permitted to residents and authorized persons.
