Both in the city of Pescara and Montesilvano, Fratelli d’Italia is the most voted party in the European elections with 30.10% of the preferences and 17,932 votes and 36.24% and 8,772 preferences respectively.
In second place is the Democratic Party with 22.01% and 13,110 votes in Pescara and 17.06% and 4,130 votes in Montesilvano.
Third position in Pescara for Forza Italia-Noi Moderati-EPP with 12.01% and 7,153 votes followed by the 5 Star Movement with 6,392 preferences equal to 10.73%.
In Montesilvano, however, the 5 Star Movement (13.29% and 3,218 votes) and Forza Italia-Noi Moderati-EPP (11.86% and 2,870 preferences) are reversed. Then follows, both in Pescara and Montesilvano, the League with 6.64% and 3,954 preferences and 7.19% and 1,741 votes respectively.

Then Alleanza Verdi e Sinistra with 6.62% and 3,941 votes in Pescara and 4.94% and 1,196 votes in Montesilvano; Pace Terra Dignità with 4.85% and 2,887 votes in Pescara and 3.17% and 768 votes in Montesilvano; United States of Europe with 2.90% and 1,730 preferences in Pescara and 2.37% and 573 votes in Montesilvano; Action We are Europeans with 2.33% and 1,385 votes in Pescara and 1.89% and 457 votes in Montesilvano; Animalist Party-Italexit with 0.86% and 511 votes in Pescara and 0.82% and 198 preferences in Montesilvano; Libertà with 0.64% in Pescara and 382 votes in Pescara and 0.82% and 199 votes in Montesilvano; Popular Alternative with 0.32% and 188 votes in Pescara and 0.35% and 84 votes in Montesilvano.
