It is the “genetic mutation”, as they call it in FI, which has led to the success that this vote certifies: “We have had real congresses, there are no longer dwarfs and dancers, there is not just an exceptional leader in command. We are a cohesive management group.” Of course, Tajani thinks that we still need to remove “encrustations” to make the party shine, but a lot has been done. And it will be done.
Sensational, and perhaps unexpected in the last few days, is the overtaking of the League, which was given in recovery. Today FI with We Moderates it is the second party of the centre-right, that second leg essential to give stability to the government and to prevent too strong a slide to the right.
