The map for tourists with 24 destinations

The updated version of Pesaro Citymap Welcome was presented, the pocket-sized map designed to welcome tourists and visitors which has now been expanded to contain 24 points of interest in the city. New entries are: the Sonosfera, the church of Sant’Ubaldo, the Scavolini Auditorium, the Biosphere, the Pavarotti lido. On the front, focus on the city center with its rich cultural heritage, on the back the Bicipolitana with the routes updated to the last sections. The graphics are signed by Cristiano Andreani (Ad and illustrations) with Nico Polidori (map and graphic design). Created in collaboration with the Casa delle Tecnologie, the map features the QRcode on the cover which allows you to download the Wom pocket application with which to collect Wom credits, adopted by the administration to recognize the importance of participation. It is possible to collect Wom by visiting the places of Pesaro 2024 and participating in the events. The WOMs have no monetary value but allow you to access spontaneous offers from shopkeepers, merchants and artisans, announced in the application.

The map is offered in a “classic” folding version and in an ‘A3 plus notepad’ version with tear-off page. 100,000 copies have been printed and will be available in the various Infopoints, at the Apa Hotel and in partner hotels as well as in the main city reception points. Commissioned by the Municipality, the first edition of Pesaro Citymap Welcome saw the light in 2019 as a project by Officine Creative Marchigiane. The presentation was attended by: Daniele Vimini, president of the Pescheria Centro Arti Visive Foundation, Alessandro Bogliolo of the University of Urbino, scientific coordinator of the CT Square project and the graphic designer Cristiano Andreani.
