Pietro Ciccottifounder of Excellence declares: “The project MARCHEting in Rome was born from the idea shared with the Marche Region and Pio Sodalizio dei Piceni to promote the Marche food and wine culture. The mission of the event is to create synergies between the Lazio and Marche regions, promoting the gastronomic excellences of the two territories, producers and chefs, without neglecting the objective of making the Marche companies known to the public of enthusiasts through the tasting of the products”.

Over the course of two days, 20 of the best chefs and ice cream makers in the capital will create tasting itineraries using mainly products from the Marche area and creating typical recipes of regional cuisine. “In this way – underlines Ciccotti – BtoB links will be established or consolidated, as companies will come into direct contact with Lazio restaurateurs”.
