Eco compactor, removal of architectural barriers at the Crab and renovation of the middle school changing rooms among the expenses at the center of the latest budget change. The councilor Stefano Baldo illustrated the agenda during the last city council meeting.
“The recognition of the contribution of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security for the eco compactor it is 29 thousand 900 euros – explained the budget councilor – and we must proceed with the awarding of the purchase within 180 days from the date of disbursement of the 30% advance, therefore by June. We have also included also the regional contribution for the control of nutria, for 2 thousand and 341.90 euros out of a total of 4 thousand and 997.56 euros. Then we can count on the contribution of the Region, equal to 51 thousand and 405 euros (out of 74 thousand and 500 euros) for the removal of architectural barriers at the headquarters of the recreation center for the elderly in Badia in Vangadizza Abbey – he continued – works which concern the construction of an elevator and the arrangement of the external pavement. The Municipality will commit itself with its own funds for approximately 23 thousand euros”.
The change also affects the work planned for middle schools, with an intervention of 80 thousand euros, of which 30 thousand covered with a regional contribution, and a further 40 thousand euros made available by the Cariparo Foundation as part of the “Work in sport 2022” tender, while the Municipality will invest 10 thousand euros to proceed with the renovation of the changing rooms .
Among the other items inserted based on the needs of the municipal offices, then there are 10 thousand euros for the purchase of furnishings for the arrangement of the office spaces; 22 thousand euros for IT equipment and IT programs and 24 thousand and 500 euros for the adjustment of the amount of the works relating to the Parco Munari-Destra Adige cycle-pedestrian path project, to be awarded by November 2024.
“We also had savings on personnel spending, for around 45 thousand euros – added Baldo as he drew to a close – based on the start of work by new employees as well as savings on the fees of those who retired. Technical chapters necessary for the management of restricted collections (Pnrr) were then included”. The change received the unanimous approval of those present.
