Upon seeing the Carabinieri, the motorcyclists attempted to change direction. When he was stopped on his scooter, the soldiers found him in possession of two and a half blocks of hashish weighing 250 grams.

A few days ago, a patrol of motorcyclists from the Radiomobile Section of the Parma Company engaged in a reconnaissance service, traveling along Parma, noticed a young man riding a scooter who, at the sight of the service motorbikes, tried to change direction, with the clear intent to avoid scrutiny.
But the evasive maneuver actually had the opposite effect, and the Carabinieri riding their motorbikes, moving easily through the traffic, reached the scooter and forced the boy to stop.
The attitude taken by the young man was typical of someone who has something to hide and knows that it will soon be discovered. In fact, the soldiers immediately noticed a plastic bag attached to the document compartment positioned under the steering wheel of the scooter which, although not transparent, revealed something rectangular and square inside. The military immediately understood what that bag could contain and proceeded to check it.

Positive control: from the bag the Carabinieri extracted two whole loaves weighing 100 grams each and one broken in half, weighing 50 grams.
At this point the 22-year-old, with the help of another patrol, was taken to the barracks and, without prejudice to the principle of innocence until a final sentence, was declared under arrest because he was held responsible for possession of narcotics for the purposes of dealing.
The narcotic found, after being examined with the supplied kit, which confirmed that it was hashish, was subjected to seizure. At the order of the Public Prosecutor on duty, the 22-year-old was taken to his home under house arrest pending the holding of the hearing to validate the arrest.
The judge, after having validated the arrest, issued the non-custodial precautionary measure of the obligation to sign against the young man, pending the celebration of the trial.
