Vittoria – Three arrests in Vittoria for the attempted murder of former justice collaborator Roberto Di Martino. The Ragusa state police have arrested several criminal suspects issued by the district anti-mafia directorate for attempted aggravated murder and mafia association.
Starting from the early hours of the morning of last June 4th, the State Police carried out some arrests of crime suspects issued by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Catania for “attempted aggravated murder and mafia association”. For now they have been reached by the CB provisions of 51 years, GR of 62 years, PA of 48 years, all with criminal prejudices.
The measures were adopted as the suspects were charged, in concert with each other, with the crimes of attempted murder against former justice collaborator DI MARTINO Roberto and mafia-style criminal association.
In particular, the intense and immediate police investigations launched immediately after the attempted murder – which occurred on April 25th in Vittoria – coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Catania and which lasted for over a month, made it possible to hypothesize the responsibility of the arrested persons in the commission of the brutal ambush, which occurred with firearms, as well as the existence of a dangerous armed criminal organization of a mafia nature, attributable to the “Victorian Stidda”.
