Ed Sheeran at the Lucca Summer Festival
Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June, a double unmissable event at the Lucca Summer Festival. In fact, the British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, author of numerous world hits, will be performing on the historic walls.
Florence will host the European Market from 7 to 9 June. At the Cascine, where there will be more than 50 international stands, space for shopping, street food area, food and wine and typical products.
In Pisa, from Friday 7 to Sunday 9 June, the third edition of “Giorni di Tuono”, the comics, music and cinema festival in the name of Tuono Pettinato, will be held. Among the guests are Bruno Bozzetto, author of the extraordinary animated films “Allegro non tanto” and “West and Soda”, who will present his autobiography “Il Signor Bozzetto” – written together with Simone Tempia (already the author of “Vita con Lloyd” , illustrated by Tuono Pettinato) – and his latest cinematographic work “Sapiens?”, and Adriano Carnevali, creator of the legendary “Ronfi”, which recently became an animated series for Rai YoYo.
Protagonists at the latest edition of the Sanremo festival with “Governo Punk”, Bnkr44 will kick off their Villanova Summer Tour on Saturday 8 June with a concert at the Fortezza Nuova in Livorno.
On the weekend of 8 and 9 June, meet in Rufina (Florence) with the cacciucco and grilled prawns festival. The menu includes fish dishes that stand out for their delicacy: appetizers, refined first courses, cacciucco without bones, grilled prawns and fried calamari and shrimp.
In Pozzolatico, a hamlet of Impruneta (Florence), a weekend appointment with the steak with porcini mushroom festival. Starters, first courses and desserts will frame the main dish: the steak, offered in portions of ½ and 1 kg and accompanied by excellent porcini mushrooms.
Fried courgette flower festival in San Miniato
Over the weekend, in La Serra, a hamlet of the municipality of San Miniato (PI), the 13th edition of the fried courgette flower festival will be held. You can dine with a menu made up of dishes based on courgette flowers, among which obviously there will obviously be the delicious fried courgette flowers.
