Work has been completed at the Arena Theater in Castel San Pietro, only the final details are missing and then there will be the inauguration, probably after the summer. The Municipality, after the controversy and the responses published in our columns, decides to publish the photos taken by the administration technicians which tell the story of the end of the construction works at the Arena Theatre.
Stage and ceiling are thus in a new version. The works for the restoration and conservative renovation of the theater were completed last week. The only ones still underway are those on the building, as required by current legislation, which concern small detailed aspects that will be completed within the next few weeks. While renovation works will be carried out on the external areas under the responsibility of the Municipality itself. “The structure is, therefore, ready to be inaugurated, presumably after the summer, by the new council”, says the administration led by the outgoing Fausto Tinti.
The restoration and rehabilitation works were carried out with an investment of over 1.9 million euros, of which 900 thousand were regional co-financing. In total, adding VAT and technical expenses, the cost is 2.1 million euros.
