Alba, parking is paid from June 10th – Teramo

ADRIATIC SUNRISE. Hand in hand, from Monday 10 June paid parking will begin on the Alba Adriatica seafront and, new this year, also in the car parks inside the coast, including the one in Piazza Moro, one hundred meters from the sea in the northern area. If you don’t want to use cash, for the first time since paid parking was established in the city it will be possible to pay via app, through the Easypark and Mycicero circuits, and with the POS. The delayed activation of blue parking (it was supposed to starting last June 1st) was due precisely to the need to activate the info-telematic systems: the problems have been resolved so the bathing season, which has effectively started, will also see paid parking from Monday until mid-September.
In addition to the Marconi seafront, taxed parking will start in via Toscana (the entire public car park), in the car park between via Rodi and via Molise, in via Malta in the north side car park, in piazza dei Pescatori in via Merano and in piazza Moro. Therefore, Alba now has a greater supply of parking spaces than just the seafront (which had 700) and is aligned with other seaside resorts which also have paid parking in the internal streets. Overall, approximately 1,100 paid parking spaces will be reached.
The blue parking will be free for disabled people and for 100% electric cars. As for rates, residents and non-residents will pay from 0.60 (from 9am to 8pm) to one euro (from 8.01pm to 1am). Daily rate four euros for everyone, weekly pass 25 euros, monthly pass 35 euros for residents, 70 euros for non-residents, seasonal pass 50 and 120 euros. Meanwhile, cyclists and pedestrians can already travel along the part of the new accessible seafront under construction.
