Co.ES Veneto: The Association of Emergency Medical Drivers

Co.ES Veneto is the trade association of Emergency Healthcare Drivers in the Veneto Region, including Professional Rescue Drivers and Ambulance Drivers, both public and private employees. This organization is part of Co.ES Italia, of which it embraces its main mission and has signed its statute. The objective of Co.ES Veneto is to promote the professionalism of rescue drivers through training and recognition of their professional profile. This commitment aims to improve the safety and quality of services provided to citizens.

Who we are

The members of Co.ES Veneto are mainly professional rescue drivers from public, local and private bodies. Our common objective is to obtain legislative recognition of this figure, now an integral and essential part of an extra-hospital emergency team.

Training and Safety

Co.ES Veneto aims to standardize the organizational and training model throughout the national territory, promoting continuous training, research and updating. These elements are fundamental to guarantee quality and safety rescue in all possible scenarios. Often collectively identified as “drivers”, our role goes far beyond. Rescue drivers have technical training in driving skills and healthcare skills, making the work of doctors and nurses more coordinated and safe.
