PAVIA – The fifteenth edition of BambInFestivalthe festival dedicated to children and their families which animated the city of Pavia and its surroundings from 17 to 26 May. Over 4000 people participated in the 80 planned initiatives, organized by 85 local entities including associations, bodies and institutions. A great team effort that allowed us to offer children a rich program of events dedicated to fun, education and culture.
This year the festival had as its central theme “BUILDING PEACE“, a very timely message that found space in all the initiatives, with the aim of raising awareness among the little ones about the importance of respect and tolerance. BambInFestival animated not only the historic center of Pavia, but also the suburbs, green areas, parks and gardens, museums, theaters and libraries. A truly widespread festival that allowed all children to participate, regardless of the area they live in.
The success of BambInFestival 2024 was possible thanks to the contribution of many people: the over 200 volunteers and operators who worked with dedication, the associations, bodies and institutions that collaborated in the organization, the local administrations that sponsored the festival and the Banca del Monte di Lombardia Foundation which financially supported the initiative.
