PIEVE DI SOLIGO (TREVISO) – Mom drivers attacked no longer want to travel the Conegliano-Pieve route and they launch an appeal to the police: «There are a series of characters who do not allow regular service – they explain -. We are alerting the police because it is not possible to continue in this way. After 4pm until around 8.30pm there are safety problems on the lines.”
The problem
«We are aware that it is a serious problem and we ask the police forces to intervene. We will also involve the prefecture. All the drivers of the Pieve di Soligo group have reported this situation to us which is very difficult”, they explain. Concern about the situation inside the buses: «Anything happens on board. There are people who don’t pay for the ticket. There is a security problem which affects our workers and we cannot leave them at the mercy of these four lunatics. Everyone knows this problem but we can’t solve it. The drivers expressed fear and we understand it”
