ROVIGO – A round table dedicated to the urban planning of Rovigo and what was missing to guarantee the momentum, in terms of development, that was long awaited.
The analysis, carried out by technicians and politicians, is organized by“Il Porto delle Idee” Association chaired by the Adria lawyer Sandra Passadore, who has already recently involved the Rovigo community with the presentation of the latest book by the anti-mafia magistrate Luca Tescaroli (READ ARTICLE).
The appointment is set for Wednesday 5 June at the Europa Palace hotel restaurant in Rovigo and will cover a period of 30 years, from 1994 to 2024.
The speakers will illustrate the theme: from the Master Plan to the Implementation Plans, from the Detailed Plans to the Piruea, from the Trade Intervention Plans to the Urban Transformation Companies, from the Territorial Planning Plan to the Intervention Plan, from the Traffic Plans to the lack of concertation.
The question we would like to answer, both from a technical and political point of view, is simple: “What did we do wrong? What can be done?” starting from the observation that “And yet the city doesn’t take off”.
The candidates for city councilors, on the list of Fratelli d’Italia, will speak Aniello Piscopocouncilor for urban planning and public works in the years 2001-2006 and 2011-2014 and Cristina Folchiniwith a past as a city councilor, councilor and president of the energy company Asm Set.
The technical part is guaranteed by the engineer. Giovanni Salizzoniurban planner, but also deputy mayor of Bologna in the period 1999-2004, the architect. The meeting to which traders and professional associations from Rovigo were invited will be moderated by journalist Luca Gigli of the Rovigo editorial team of Il Gazzettino.
