The closing events of the electoral campaign begin tonight. The first is that of Mario Daneri, candidate for mayor from the “Prato Merita” list, scheduled from 8pm at Prato city in via Valentini. Tomorrow, Wednesday 5 June, at 7pm the centre-left mayoral candidate Ilaria Bugetti will be in the town square to launch the final sprint of the electoral campaign towards the opening of the polls for the municipal elections. The end of the electoral campaign party will be held on Friday 7 June at 7pm in Piazza dell’Università.
Also on Friday, from 8 pm, the final event of the electoral campaign of the centre-right mayoral candidate is scheduled in Piazza San Francesco Gianni Cenni.
On Thursday 6 June, however, the initiatives are planned Paola Battagliari (candidate for mayor of the Alternative for common goods-Rifondazione Comunista list) at 6 pm in Piazza Landini, while Fulvio Mirko Castellani PCI mayoral candidate will close the electoral campaign at 7pm at the 29 Martiri club in Figline. The candidate for mayor of the Targettopoli civic list, Jonathan Targettichose not to organize any initiative to close the electoral campaign: “I believe that politics should not be reduced to organizing street parties, DJ sets and aperitifs, but should regain sobriety and seriousness”, this is Targetti’s motivation.
