The agents of Local Police of Naples, San Lorenzo operational unit have ascertained that in Piazza Poderico a car wash was carrying out his own business out of stock of the prescribed authorization environmental and waste disposal forms, therefore the business was seized and the owner referred to the Judicial Authority. The officers also sanctioned him for using 2 driveways without authorisation, for using noisy equipment and because the car wash carried out work on public land.

During the same operation, the Local Police checked 9 other activities present in the territory under the jurisdiction of the 4th municipality, imposing 14 administrative sanctions, of which 7 for illegal occupation of public land, 1 for lack of noise impact clearance, 1 for driveway without authorization, 1 for lack of communication for the sale of alcohol, 2 for lack of health authorization, 1 for lack of administrative authorization
