L’Aquila, a foreigner already known to the police arrested for crimes of possession and dealing of narcotic substances

L’AQUILA – On the evening of 2 June, the staff of the Flying Squad of the Avezzano Public Security Police Station, during the course of a normal “territorial control” service, passing through Piazza Matteotti, near the railway station, noticed two young people they exchanged something with each other. One of the two individuals was a foreigner of North African origins already known to the Operators, as he had police prejudice against him and was currently subjected to the precautionary measure of Presentation to the Police

Therefore the police decided to intervene and ascertained that the two had just exchanged a banknote and a wrapper containing a narcotic substance of the “Hashish” type.

The buyer, an Italian citizen, when faced with his responsibilities, confirmed that he is a user of narcotic substances of the “Hashish” type and that he usually goes near the train station where he makes contact with the same foreigner from whom he purchases the substance need.

For the above facts, a report was informed and sent against the foreigner to the Judicial Authority, while the Italian boy was reported, as a hirer, to the Prefecture of L’Aquila.
