Historic day for the city of Castel Volturno. This afternoon, the council led by mayor Luigi Umberto Petrella approved the resolution regarding the municipal urban plan. Now we are just waiting for the ratification of the Council for the definitive green light for the new Puc. The mayor Petrella was satisfied: “Today – he stated – is an extraordinary day for Castel Volturno and its citizens. With the approval of the resolution in the council, we will provide the municipality of Castel Volturno with the urban planning instrument (Puc) expected by almost 60 years. I thank the members of my majority and the heads of the municipal offices for the extraordinary work done in recent months, in the persons of the Rup manager engineer Chiara Follera, the architect designer Francesco Pirozzi and the editor Professor Roberto Gerundo.
The councilor for public works Pasquale Santagata added: “After 60 years we have managed to provide Castel Volturno with a municipal urban plan. From today a new era begins for the city, not only from an urban planning point of view, but above all for the development of the territory and its resources. The new Puc was born in a crucial historical moment for business development. The fact that the entire territory falls within the single SEZ will allow companies to seize the opportunity of the tax credit and simplification. bureaucratic with the possibility of requesting the single authorization to start the business directly”.
