Lidi Comacchiesi. The start of the nightlife at the Lidi Comacchiesi seems to have favored illegal paid passenger transport activities. In fact, there are two vehicles used for this purpose that traffic police officers discovered during the week.

The suspicion that there was a black market of this type arose after noticing, during the usual surveillance and patrolling activity, some flyers advertising the illegal activity, distributed on the street and even in bars with business cards attached. So on the night between 1st and 2nd June, the staff of the Codigoro Traffic Police Detachment organized a service aimed at checking cars that could be attributable to the illegal transport of people. Two drivers were thus identified and fined.

In particular, the first car, driven by a man from a province in central Italy, was transporting 7 boys from Lido di Spina to Porto Garibaldi and San Giuseppe. The young people had already been illegally accompanied on the outward journey and had also paid in advance for the return journey.

The second car, driven by a local man, had 3 very young girls as passengers, one of whom was a minor, who he was taking from Lido di Spina to Lido di Pomposa. For this short journey each of them had paid 10 euros.

The two drivers were therefore sanctioned and both vehicles were subjected to administrative detention, the period of which ranges from two to eight months and will be established by the Civil Motorization of Ferrara.

The Traffic Police recalls that those who use these illegal services feed a black market that does not protect passengers, while those who regularly carry out the rental activity with driver use suitable vehicles and duly checked by the Civil Motorization, driven by personnel with strictly subjective requirements certificates.

The control services on the phenomenon, which seems to be taking hold on the Comacchio coast. will continue during the summer season.
