While waiting for it to finally be put in black and white on the technical guide and sporting director, something is starting to boil in the Ancona house, at least as regards the market, both incoming and outgoing. So let’s start from this last aspect: in the last few hours the fans have gone into uproar after reading about the numerous interests towards striker Alberto Spagnoli, but this is certainly nothing new. It is no mystery that Ancona’s star striker is tempting for many clubs, but every situation must be analyzed in detail. As is now known, in Cittadella, Catania and Padua, in the last few hours Cesena has also been added, the team that won the last Serie C championship breaking every record. However, it should be specified that the Romagna team’s survey is, at the moment, a simple exploratory survey: in fact, the Juventus club, just like Ancona, is grappling with the issues to be resolved relating to the coach and sporting director and will only be able to concentrate on the market subsequently. The same goes for Padua and Catania, who recently ended their respective seasons and who have not yet presented any official offers. In short, today we are talking about rumors. Spagnoli, for his part, has never hidden his appreciation for a possible stay in the Doric capital, but much will obviously depend on the technical project that will be illustrated by the management: this is why it becomes vitally important to make the sporting director and coach official as soon as possible, only at that point can real planning for the upcoming team begin. Spagnoli represents the first stone of a chessboard that will necessarily have to be resized after the last complicated season, but it is also true that there are also certainties from which to start again, which answer to the names of Perucchini, Mondonico and Gatto. But alongside the outgoing rumors, there are also incoming ones: there is in fact an interest in Foggia’s attacking midfielder Andrea Schenetti, who Boscaglia coached at both Entella and Foggia. It is therefore easy to understand that this is a specific request from the technician. Central midfielder who can be used as a right winger or midfielder, after moving to Cittadella he started playing mainly in the role of attacking midfielder. His main qualities are agility and speed, he also has good running ability and good basic dribbling: in short, the identikit of the ideal midfielder who would serve this Ancona like hot cakes. Having arrived in Puglia two years ago, Schenetti’s contract expires on June 30th and this would greatly facilitate his eventual arrival at the court of his mentor Boscaglia. Furthermore, we are talking about a highly experienced element, who at the age of thirty-three boasts great experience in almost fifteen seasons of Lega Pro. The interest in Schenetti already represents a first indicator of the fact that the confirmation of the coach is now sure, all that’s missing is the announcement. But also that the official status of the new sporting director could be equally imminent. The first movements therefore seem to have begun, but first the technician and sporting director will have to be made official: to finally begin to build the Ancona of the future.
