The national team midfielder is not for sale, unless an indecent offer arrives
The door is closed and is unlikely to open in the next few weeks unless – it goes without saying – the classic indecent offer arrives, writes Federico Masini on Tuttosport. Inter bought Davide not even twelve months ago Frattesi from Sassuolo on loan with obligation to buy. Condition triggered in February, with the Nerazzurri having to pay 27 million to the black and green club after the 6 already injected last summer (there are then 5 million in bonuses, but we will have to wait for the budget closing on 30 June to understand the real amount of those achieved). Of these 33 million, almost 10 (9.9) will go to Rome which in 2017 had included a percentage on the future resale, set at 30%, among the clauses of the transfer to Sassuolo. And Roma would have given more than one thought about it in recent weeks Frattesi who between 2014 and 2017, after eight years spent in the Lazio youth system, had played in the Giallorossi youth sector. The first to (re)want Frattesi in Rome and Daniele de Rossi who on May 19, after the Roma-Genoa match, expressed his regret for some decisions taken by the club over the years regarding the management of its talents (including Calafiori): “We lost Frattesi, I really don’t like it.”.
