WHAT IS KNOWN

Certainly the reconstruction carried out by the forensic team suggests the first hypothesis: the stairs of the building are small and narrow and the shots were fired from the bottom upwards just over a meter away with a moving target: to live or die in a such a situation is a matter of centimeters.

It is not yet clear whether the attacker was helped by anyone. The investigators suspect that he arrived by car from Viale Nervi and that someone was waiting for him, or perhaps went around the block to then pick him up in Viale Nervi. In that stretch the buildings are in fact built on pilotas and can be reached from both roads. For this reason, detectives acquired images from various surveillance cameras in the area. Those of the Md supermarket, but also of a gym and some condominiums. At the moment it is not known whether any useful elements have emerged.

THE HYPOTHESES ON THE MOVEMENT

Why did they shoot the 27-year-old? Figuring this out could lead to the name or names of the attackers. The young man has no previous record, he is an avid fan of Latina football and a Daspo had been issued against him, which had long since expired, which prevented him from following his team’s matches after some episodes of intemperance. Stop. So? Digging revealed an old argument with a young convicted felon that has been going on for over a year and which arose for trivial reasons. However, the description of the attacker, small and thin, does not correspond to that of the contender, but this could only mean that we need to look for an instigator in addition to the material executor.
