On Tuesday 4 June, at 5.30 pm, the atrium of Palazzo Adorno in Lecce will host the presentation and preview of “Trammari – Sounds, tracks and visions on the move”, the second edition of the event promoted by Nauna Cantieri Musicali, with the patronage of the Province of Lecce, the participation of the Municipalities of Tricase, Specchia, Ruffano, Matino, Alezio and Gallipoli and the collaboration of Museums, Pro Loco and cultural associations.

This is the traveling cultural festival of Enza Pagliara and Dario Muci, creators, musicians and researchers of oral traditions, together with the musicians and composers Gianluca Longo and Antongiulio Galeandro, scheduled from 10 to 15 June in six municipalities of Salento, starting from Tricase and I arrive in Gallipoli.

The preview of “Trammari” will be an engaging moment of presentation open to the public, with a very short excerpt of the concert and the intervention of the president of the Province of Lecce Stefano Minerva, the institutional representatives of the participating municipalities and all the subjects participating in the project (Free admission).

Nauna is a social promotion association created to preserve and enhance the popular traditions and oral culture of the Salento area. This time it does so “with a project to reactivate the fabric of an ancient Salento road fabric, of which the Via Traiana Calabra and the Via Sallentina (ancient Roman roads) represent the fabric”.

Starting on Monday 10 June from Tricase and arriving on Saturday 15 June in Gallipoli, “Trammari” is a real musical journey that aims to promote the territory through sounds, tracks and visions, from the East coast to the West coast, passing through rural environments, historical and naturalistic.

On the road, traveling along these transversal trajectories between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas of the Salento peninsula on foot will be the same promoters Enza Pagliara and Dario Muci, with Antongiulio Galeandro and Gianluca Longo, all protagonists of the cultural and musical event which every afternoon-evening, with songs, “cunti”, poems, traditions, testimonies and visits to the various historic centers crossed, will end the day, awaiting the new departure, again at 8 am the following morning.

For each stage, in addition to the evening musical event, there are guided tours of the historic centres, archaeological areas and other places of interest.
