According to what has been learned, a television crew from the program “Fuori dal coro”, which is broadcast on ReteQuattro, was threatened by some illegal occupants of houses in Florence, in the Le Piagge district, a north-western outskirts, where there are also numerous public housing. Two phone calls alerted the single emergency number 112 in the early afternoon: the first came from the family, who reported the presence of unknown people in the building; the second distress call is from the television crew for assault. Based on what emerged, father, mother and son declared that they had lived in the council house for almost 20 years, paying the rent regularly. The crew was reporting on illegal occupations in public housing.
