Born in Milan in 1964, Monsignor Mosconi obtained a bachelor’s degree in theology from the Theological Faculty of Northern Italy and a licentiate and doctorate from the faculty of canon law at the Pontifical Gregorian University. He is a professor at the Theological Faculty of Northern Italy and at the San Pio X Faculty of Canon Law in Venice. He is a judge of the regional ecclesiastical court and of the metropolitan court of Milan. This is his first assignment at the helm of a parish.
