The Members’ Assembly of CILA CIICAI – the Consortium formed by the merger between the CIICAI of Ravenna and the CILA of Faenza, a leading company in the heating, plumbing and bathroom furnishings sector – approved the 2023 budget, the first after the merger.

And to underline the extraordinary nature of the event, it chose a new venue, decidedly suggestive and also in some way central to the territories in which the consortium operates: the Imola Autodrome.

Significant data from the past year also comes from the Showroom activity – as underlined by the general director Claudio Bassi during his speech – with an overall increase of approximately 100 thousand euros compared to 2022.

President Rontini and general director Bassi, in their reports, obviously did not hide the problems linked to the end of the Superbonus, the current war in Ukraine and the consequent increases in the price of materials, but also those linked to the lack of young manpower and to the lack of tendency towards generational transitions, which can and will concern various member companies.

Likewise, the new dimension that was created after the merger presupposes a leap in quality also at an identity level: “we must think like an important company”, said Bassi at the end of his speech, while Rontini closed his report with a message decidedly engaging compared to all the members, quoting none other than Enzo Ferrari (given the location of the meeting): “The company is made up first of the women and men who work there, then of the machinery and finally of the walls”.
