Three boys from Alga Atletica Arezzo highlighted at the “Pratizzoli” national trophy in Parma. The most important meeting reserved for the regional representatives of the Cadet category, now in its tenth edition, brought together the best male and female athletes of the two-year period 2009-2010 who competed in the various disciplines of speed, jumps and throws in a real test test in view of the next Italian Championships.

Alga Atletica Arezzo was present with Stella Arniani, Gemma Fabbriciani and Filippo Misuri who were called up to the Tuscany team and who managed to do well in comparison with their peers from across the peninsula, placing themselves at the top in their respective specialties.

An extremely important placement was achieved by Arniani who finished the pole vault in fourth place with 2.90 metres, then Misuri also arrived in the same position who represented Tuscan athletics in the triple jump where he came close to the podium with a performance of 13.31 metres. A good performance was finally achieved by Fabbriciani who, in the triple jump, achieved the measurement of 10.82 meters which earned him eighth place in the final. The results achieved by these three athletes are the result of the technical, physical and character preparation process conducted daily by the technical staff of Alga Atletica Arezzo on the slopes of the “Tenti” stadium which allowed them to be competitive also at a national level and to contribute to the sixth place achieved by the Tuscany team in the general ranking of the “Pratizzoli” trophy behind only Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont, Lazio and Emilia Romagna. Arniani, Fabbriciani and Misuri enriched a particularly positive start to the season where they had already won medals at the regional championships and had also competed with the Tuscan representative at the indoor meeting “Ai confine delle Marche” in Ancona, thus managing to rightfully return among the promising of Italian youth athletics.
