Lamezia Terme – A press conference entitled “Gianluca Pittelli towards the 2024 Comen Cup in Cyprus” to celebrate the extraordinary result achieved by our athlete will take place on Tuesday 4 June at 4pm in the “Mons. Luisi” of the Palazzo di Città.
“Pittelli, born in 2008, won the title of Italian vice champion in the 100m breaststroke during the very recent 2024 National Criteria (but his palmares is already full of great satisfactions, despite his young age) and is now preparing to represent our country in the highly coveted international event which corresponds, at a youth level, to the Mediterranean Games and is intended for the Boys Category – they explain from Arvalia Nuoto – Well yes: the Crotone native (who moved to Lamezia to cultivate his passion for swimming) will start in the next days at a time at Limassol, together with 31 other standard bearers called up by Marco Menchinelli for the young ItalNuoto. The swimming competition will take place from 14 to 16 June, but before Gianluca Pittelli’s departure, his Lamezia team wants to rally around him to show him pride and support with this press conference.
