The institutional tour of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy continues with the Undersecretary of State, Fausta Bergamotto, who will travel to Calabria on 3 and 4 June.
During the visit, Undersecretary Bergamotto will have the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs from the upper Tyrrhenian Sea of Catanzaro, the industrial area of Corigliano/Rossano and the upper Tyrrhenian Sea of Cosenza, to discuss the Meloni Government’s initiatives at both a national and European level.
Among the topics that will be illustrated during the meetings, we will talk about the decree for the relaunch of the South which establishes the Special Economic Zone for the South (Single SEZ).
This measure was created to support companies already operating and those that will establish themselves, offering special conditions in relation to investments and business development activities.
Furthermore, the “Transition 5.0” tender will be presented, which will soon be activated and financed with resources from the RepowerEu program, for a total of 6.3 billion euros.
Undersecretary Fausta Bergamotto will also illustrate the initiatives of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy regarding packaging, green structures and innovations in the field of artificial intelligence.
In this regard, the recently established AI4Industry Foundation, which operates in the various manufacturing sectors, will be presented.
During the tour, national and local institutional representatives, trade organizations and entrepreneurs will be present, with the aim of promoting constructive discussion and stimulating collaboration between the government and the Calabrian business sector.
