The president of the Audace Cerignola, Nicola Griecowrote a long letter, distributed on the club’s social channels, addressed to the fans on the occasion of the anniversary of the foundation of the yellow-blue club: “Dear friends, on the day of the 112th anniversary of the foundation of Audace Cerignola, I would like to reiterate the commendable work done by all of us for our city and for our favorite team. The upcoming season will mark 10 years of my presidency: 10 years together, 10 years of us. It will be the best opportunity to thank those who have accompanied me on this long journey without ever abandoning me. It will be an opportunity to further strengthen our friendship and our love for the Audace Cerignola. It will be an opportunity to involve and convey our passion to those who, like us, represent the respectable Cerignola, who produces, who works, who wants to give our city an ever better future. I like to keep promises and achieve the objectives with commitment and dedication. I want to continue to do so together with all of you, on the positive wave of a reality that is now coveted and appreciated in every part of Italy”.
Grieco continues: “Audace Cerignola, without a shadow of denial, is one of the most followed clubs in Serie C and in the world of football in our country, made up of professionals who work hard every day to improve. We competed and won championships that were unthinkable before, competing in the national playoffs for two years in a row. It is not a point of arrival but it is only the beginning of a journey that wants to take Cerignola ever higher. It is not a dream, but the harsh reality. Today I feel like saying that, with the effort, the dream continues… with all of you: to continue to write together new pages of history of our city and of the Audace Cerignola”.
