On June 10th at Vecchio Incasato in Grottammare Alta, 8th stage “From the Vineyard to the Table” – “UnMarediMarche”

Grottammare (AP) – Il Vecchio Incasato of Grottammare Alta will host the eighth stage on Monday 10 June 2024 of the series of events of the Partners in Service srl “INNOVATIVE SME” Environmental Education Center CEA Environment and Sea, Marche Region “From the Vineyard to the Table” “UnMarediMarche”! to discover the wines and beers of the Marche from the coast to the villages!

The event will be held in collaboration with theOsteria dell’Arancionear the suggestive Piazza Peretti.

From the village square you will be transported “Navigando a Vista” thanks to the suggestive intervention of the Dr. Giuseppe Merlinihistorian and archivist of San Benedetto del Tronto.

A tasting based on fresh local fish paired with craft beers from the companies “Styles Brewery”, “Ottozampe Brewery” And “Birraformante Brewery” which will be presented by the Sommelier Roberto Perticarini UBT (Unionbirrai beer taster) which will accompany regional gastronomic excellences, in the name of tradition and quality.

The menu includes as a starter: Chickpea soup, mussels, clams and croutons paired with Piuma blanche beer from the Styles Brewery;

As a first course: Artisan Maccheroncini di Campofilone all’Amatriciana di Mare paired with PILS beer from the Ottozampe Brewery and as a second course: Calamari and Cuttlefish Guazzetto alla Sambenedettese paired with IGA Pecorino di Offida beer from the Birraformante Brewery

Also present is the inevitable Anisetta di Castignano de “La Sergio Corradetti’s workshop” Slow Food Presidium to accompany the dessert, Birramisu’.
