Sanremo. «Dear Sanremo residents,
today we celebrate one of the most important anniversaries of our beloved Italy: Republic Day. On 2 June 1946, the Italian people, with a historic referendum, chose the Republic as their form of government, laying the foundations for a new era of democracy, freedom and justice.
On this day, we proudly remember the founding values of our Republic and the commitment of those who fought to guarantee us a better future. It is a moment of reflection and renewal of our civil commitment towards the community and the country.
Today I will participate with great pride and a sense of belonging in the celebrations organized by the Municipality of Sanremo.
Sanremo, with its history and beauty, is an example of how diversity and cohesion can coexist harmoniously, helping to create an inclusive and prosperous society. As a candidate for mayor of the civic coalition, I am committed to working for a city that respects and values these principles, promoting the well-being of all citizens.
Together, we can build a Sanremo that reflects the values of our Republic: freedom, equality and solidarity. I wish you all a happy Republic Day, with the hope that this day will inspire us to collaborate for the common good, putting the future of our community first.
