Braga in concert at the Chamber – Teramo

TERAMO. A warm success greeted the Grand Gala of the State Conservatory of Music on Monday in Rome at Palazzo Montecitorio Gaetano Braga of Teramo. The concert in the Queen’s Hall of the Chamber of Deputies saw interpreters, teachers, established musicians and students, representing all the departments of Braga, led by the director Federico Paci.
The institute, close to 130 years old, had already performed at the Chamber in 2017, but this time the appointment had a special significance in the tenth anniversary of its nationalization, thus sealing the significant progress made by Braga and the high quality achieved. The musical program saw the performance of several groups from the conservatory, engaged in pieces from classical to jazz to film music, from romance to songwriting to pop: guitar orchestra directed by Andrea Milanchamber orchestra directed by maestro Paci, saxophone ensemble, concertmaster Fabrizio Benevelliensemble and orchestra conducted by Toni Fidanza; soloists Roberto Fabbri, Francesco Taranto, Fabio Macera, Alba Riccioni, Manuela Formichella, Alessia Martegiani, Andrea Molinari, Fabrizio Mandolini, Davide Ciarallo, Renzo Ruggieri, Claudio Marzolo. The teacher Tatjana Vratonjic, deputy director of Braga, declares: «With the Gran Gala we experienced an extraordinary moment. Among the guests was the secretary of the Culture commission Marco Perisstothe head of the Ministry of Education Laura Marsiliothe UCIM representative Rosa Mustothe councilor Antonio Filipponi and the mayor Gianguido D’Albertorwho with his speech confirmed his closeness to our conservatory.” (a.fu.)
