The collaboration with the Prefecture, Municipality of Siena and Theaters is renewed. The concert is free to enter and will take place on Sunday 2 June at 9.15pm at the Teatro dei Rinnovati
Siena. “The Franci for Italy”. This is the title of the concert scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday 2 June at 9.15pm at the Teatro dei Rinnovati in Siena, as part of the celebrations for the 78th Republic Day. The music of the Franci Conservatory will play in one of the most significant and fascinating places in the city, renewing the collaboration with the Prefecture of Siena and the Municipality of Siena. This year too, it promises to be an event full of great emotions.
The director Cosimo Gragnoli will lead the show which will feature theTango Nuevo Ensemble, with the teacher Margherita Di Giovanni; The Franci Brass Ensembleteachers Michele Canori and Andrea Dell’Ira and the Franci Sax Ensemble, with the teacher Riccardo Guazzini. The Franci musicians will interpret some of the most famous masterpieces of the masters: Astor Piazzolla, Nino Rota, Ennio Morricone, Georges Bizet, Giuseppe Verdi, Philippe Geiss, Claudio Monteverdi, Girolamo Fantini; Cesare Bendinelli, Jimmy Webb/Adrian Drover.
Free admission. The event, organized in collaboration with the Prefecture and Municipality of Siena and Teatri di Siena, is free entry, subject to availability, and booking is not necessary.
