A hot electoral campaign, which ended for the League in Piazza Duomo in Milan with the public meeting entitled “More Italy! Less Europe”. The leader Matteo Salvini began by greeting the secretary of the Democratic Party Elly Schlein: “I hope she will remain secretary of the Democratic Party for 30 years. She is a good person, her leadership of the Democratic Party is a guarantee that the League will be in government for 30 years”, he said the deputy prime minister from the center of the stage during the electoral rally. Then the minister strengthened the relationship with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who today met her voters in Piazza del Popolo: “My embrace goes to the square of Rome, that of Giorgia Meloni, with whom we will govern for a long time. The more they will try divide us, the more they will unite us,” he declared.

Among the topics addressed is also the war in Ukraine. “We want the center-right united in the Municipalities, in the Regions, in Rome, and also in the European Parliament.
