A new tender will be announced for the assignment of the “Ezio Scida” stadium. This was established by the City Council on May 31st which above all decided on a change to the relationship that will exist between the company that will be awarded the management of the plant and the Municipality.
Here is part of the approved resolution:
«the tender for the assignment of the Ezio Scida municipal stadium was carried out on the basis of the guidelines formulated with resolution of the City Council n. 32 of 19 February 2024 was deserted, as no offer was received”
The assembly then resolved «To order, for the reasons set out in the introduction, the modification of the guidelines referred to in City Council resolution no. 32 of 19 February 2024 in the part in which the three-year assignment of the Ezio Scida sports facility is arranged, providing for the assignment for only one year, acknowledging that, consequently, the value of the concession is equal to €408,426.00″
And again: «To order the modification of paragraph 3 of the specifications approved with the aforementioned City Council resolution no. 32 of 02/19/2024, as indicated below “3. The Municipality and the Concessionaire undertake to cooperate and collaborate for the release by the relevant Authorities of the opinions relating to the usability of the sports facility and to provide, each for the parts within their competence, the obligations aimed at obtaining the necessary documentation for the regular use of the sports facility”.
The Council then gave a mandate to the offices to start the process for a new tender.
