Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were so fascinated by their recent trip to Lake Como, by the views and magical atmospheres, that they are apparently planning to create a love nest right on the shores of the lake. The conditional is a must but – as illustrated by QuiComo colleagues – the news came from none other than the famous tabloid The Sun.
During the break from the Eras tour, the most popular pop star in the world crowned by The Times as “person of the year 2023”, Taylor Swift, about two weeks ago, indulged in a romantic getaway for a few days on Lake Como. Here, among other things, she had a candlelit dinner at the Grand Hotel in Tremezzo together with her boyfriend Travis Kelce, a football champion. But perhaps this romantic interlude hid a more precise desire: to go and see houses and villas that we could buy on the lake.
The Sun magazine (Us Edition) also revealed some details: there are three properties they are considering, including one worth 7.4 million dollars with a splendid view of the lake. And it would have been her boyfriend Travis Kelce who took the pop star on a tour to view the various homes, with the aim of a possible purchase. In pole position there would be three luxurious homes on the Como branch, but it cannot be ruled out that, as has already happened for other VIPs, the famous couple could also be won over by the villages and landscapes of the Lecco branch.

The first luxury home that the couple would have visited, again as reported in The Sun, costs 3.2 million dollars and has four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the lake, for a total of approximately 500 square meters of house : it wouldn’t be far from Bellagio.
The second option is a villa in Menaggio, which would cost “only” 1.7 million euros with three bedrooms and two bathrooms but with a property of 670 square meters.
The third villa is the most expensive, costing $7.4 million, but is probably the most idyllic. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is only accessible by boat, giving the property a private retreat feel. The location was not disclosed.
