Ancona, they enter a closed school: kids in trouble

Ancona, they enter a closed school without consent: 12 kids in trouble. Break-in, or the violation of a closed building, is a real crime. This involves unauthorized entry into other people’s property. This is a severely punishable crime. Let’s see what happened in Ancona:

In Ancona, a group of children with an average age of 16 years old entered a school. The building, owned by the municipality, appears to have been closed years earlier. Here are some more details on the incident that happened on Saturday:

Ancona, they enter a closed school: this is how the violation occurred

According to initial reconstructions of the case, it seems that the location of the incident was a former nursery school. The school would be Regina Margherita in via Ragusa, a few steps from the headquarters of the Yellow Cross. According to the first information found, it seems it is not yet very clear what the reason for the offense was. The group of kids would probably have been intent on spending a different evening.

Based on what was found, their fun within the four walls seems to have been immediately interrupted by local police officers. It seems that the latter were alerted by nearby residents. In particular, people in the vicinity would have phoned 112 after realizing the presence of intruders in the school. The call seems to have arrived last Saturday evening, around 9pm. The reason for the call was therefore the notice of kids coming and going and deafening noises.

Once they arrived on site, the local police officers identified all the children. It would be a small group made up of 12 people, a mix of males and females, and aged between 16 and 17. Only one of them appears to have been 12 years old, while one was 18. The patrol would therefore have surprised the children still inside the building. Based on initial reconstructions, the building appears to be owned by the municipality. It appears to be equipped with a gate and fence which, however, were not damaged.

The officers therefore let all the children out, then proceeded with the identification of each of them and called their parents. From the identification it appears that it is a group made up of all Bangladeshis. It seems that in 2013 the structure was also occupied following a protest. The protest would have been made for the right to housing and therefore defined as “Casa de nialtri”. Today it would represent the headquarters of the “Laboratories e mestieri” day center for disabled people.
