Orchestra Toscana Classica, event with the Italian Brass Week

While waiting for the 2024 edition, the Orchestra Toscana Classica renews its collaboration with the Italian Brass Week International Brass Festival, entrusting the role of soloists to Clara Gentile and Manuela Bianchi, young horn players awarded in the latest editions of the competition linked to the festival. Also embellishing the appointment on Tuesday 28 May (9 pm) at the Cherubini Conservatory in Florence will be the American director Scott Woodard and Saruschan Aghamiri on the tuba, the latter winner of the “Premio Rosario Lanzetta 2023”.

The program includes the “Concerto for two horns and orchestra” by Franz Joseph Haydn, the “Allegro for strings” by Gaetano Donizetti, the “Concerto for tuba and strings” by Arild Plau and the “Symphony n. 40 in G minor” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Starts at 9pm. Tickets 15/10 euros. Online presales on www.ticketone.it and in Tuscany Box Office points.
