Homie Hotel in Rimini, the new frontier of automation in hospitality from Lindbergh

Lindbergh Hotelsthe hotel group founded by Nardo Filippetti, has officially inaugurated its new point of reference in Rimini: Homie Hotelan innovative hotel that redefines the concept of hospitality through the intensive use of digitalisation.

A strategic redevelopment

Homie Hotel was born from the redevelopment of the Hotel Naiade, a historic building on the Romagna Riviera. Located in Marina Centro, just three minutes from the sea and the Rimini Sea Park, the new hotel represents a point of reference both for summer tourists and for those who visit the city in other seasons. The objective is to attract a large clientele thanks to a series of innovative and highly technological services.

A digitalized experience from check-in to check-out

The real revolution of Homie Hotel lies in the complete digitalisation of services. Guests can already before arrival download the Homie app to select and book their room and pay for their stay. Upon arrival, the need to go to the reception for check-in is eliminated thanks to a digital key that allows direct access to the structure. This automated process offers a smooth, seamless experience, emphasizing a focus on comfort and convenience.

Minimalist comfort and premium quality

The 41 rooms of Homie Hotel are an example of Nordic minimalism, with a style inspired by Scandinavian and Danish traditions. Every detail has been taken care of to ensure maximum comfort: from the 30cm high premium mattresses, which ensure excellent sleep quality, to the large showers in the bathrooms. The in-room TVs are equipped with a SKY subscription, offering guests the opportunity to relax by watching their favorite programmes. Breakfast is also a unique experience thanks to the Breakfast Box Homie, a basket containing sweet and savory products and orange juice, to be enjoyed with the sea in the background.

Shared spaces to work and socialize

Homie Hotel is not only a place to sleep, but also to work and socialize. The common areas include a co-living and co-working area open to all, where both Rimini residents and tourists can take advantage of a fast and efficient internet connection. Furthermore, a Starbucks coffee station and food vending machines are available for coffee breaks.

A destination for business

In addition to serving tourists, Homie Hotel aims to intercept an increasingly demanding business clientele in terms of comfort and details. With an annual opening, the hotel will take advantage of the numerous trade fairs that animate Rimini all year round, attracting business travelers looking for a minimalist yet highly efficient stay.

“We are very proud of Homie,” he said Nardo Filippetti, President of Lindbergh Hotels. “this new entry inaugurates a new product line for us, which is based on the total digitalisation of services. We live in a constantly evolving world, every day is a challenge for us and so here we are with Homie, born precisely from the need to offer the market a product with excellent features at a super competitive price, considering the very high quality of the services it offers .”

The new entry represents the first Lindbergh Hotels structure in Emilia Romagna and joins the other hotels already present on the national territory: the Excelsior SPA & Lido (5), the Nautilus Family Hotel (4) and the Charlie Urban Hotel (4) in Pesaro, in the Marche region; La Meridiana Bleisure Hotel (4) in Perugia in Umbria; the Grand Hotel San Pietro (5L) in Taormina, the Sikania Eco Resort (4) in Marina di Butera and the Modica Beach Resort (4*) in Marina di Modica, Sicily.
