“La Marì”, the pizzeria hosted at “Casa Romagna” in Piazza Saffi, hosted the Cena del Spiro in preparation for Sharing Breath 2024, the awareness and fundraising event for Scientific Research and the Prevention of respiratory diseases which from six years transforms the city of Forlì into the Italian Capital of Breath for a weekend in September. The Sharing Breath 2024 project, now in its 6th edition, is promoted by the Morgagni Pulmonary Diseases Association, Italian Cystic Fibrosis League, Csain Forlì-Cesena and Hal9000 Aps, with the support of the Municipality of Forlì. This year, the funds raised will be used to purchase equipment for the Cystic Fibrosis Center of the Bufalini Cesena Hospital and the Pneumology Operating Unit of the Morgagni-Pierantoni hospital in Forlì.
During the evening, the president of the Ammp association, Matteo Buccioli, underlined the importance of raising awareness and fundraising, also presenting the events connected to the 2024 edition, with particular focus on the Scientific Conference and the initiatives related to Sport and Inclusion . Daniela Bombardi and Michele Amadei presented the Cena del Respiro 2024, which will be held in Piazza Saffi, while Luca Bollini, co-artistic director and creator of Sharing Breath together with Buccioli and Luca Coralli, illustrated the final show with which the sixth will culminate edition. Presented by Marco Viroli, the evening saw the participation of many illustrious guests and supporters and ended with a toast in support of the Sharing Breath project and thanks to all the participants, with the hope that the group of those who approach and support the goals of Sharing Breath and that Shared Breath can continue to expand.
