The sixth ‘Health Tour’ also stops in Terni, offering citizens the opportunity to undergo free consultations aimed at reducing the risk of chronic diseases and participate in various sporting activities. The appointment in the Conca will be in Piazza della Repubblica, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May from 10am to 1pm and then from 3pm to 7pm.

Health Tour‘ The traveling event, promoted by ‘ASC’, confederated sports activities, with the contribution of ‘Eg Stada’ and the patronage of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, aims to raise citizens’ awareness of the importance of prevention, the need to lead a healthy lifestyle and the centrality of sports practice in combating the onset of diseases. A real health and sports village will be set up in Piazza della Repubblica. Inside which there will be a screen station, equipped with six clinics and in which it will be possible to undergo free checks and medical consultations of a cardiological, dermatological, nutritional, rheumatological, psychological and veterinary nature (for your pets). In particular, advice will be offered on the prevention and management of any pathologies, but also suggestions regarding correct nutrition, the physical activity to be carried out and the importance of adhering to therapy.

Novelty Furthermore, two great innovations of this edition are worth mentioning: the ‘Osas’ desk, the result of the synergy between Sapienza University, the San Donato-Villa Erbosa Group, Aci and the Caracciolo Foundation, within which it will be possible to carry out tests on the risk of going encounter sleep apnea and receive valuable information about it. And ‘Capsula’, a digital platform created with the support of Intesa Sanpaolo Rbm Salute, which will allow citizens to undergo the measurement of various vital parameters relating to their lifestyle and well-being, through the use of artificial intelligence. The other big news of the 2024 edition is the collateral project ‘Health at the centre’, created by ASC in order to promote sporting activity throughout the national territory, supporting a change in one’s lifestyles.

Comments The general director of ASC, Valter Vieri, underlines that «the ‘Health Tour’ is now a solid reality and a point of reference for many citizens who await our arrival to spend a day dedicated to prevention, fun and practice sporty”.
