The former Maran of Spoleto was sold to System house srl. The communication from Hoist, which in 2018 had taken over the Santo Chiodo debt collection company, arrived late on Wednesday evening at the national secretariats, while on Thursday morning it was the RSA’s turn. Formally Hoist proceeded with the transfer of the company branch in favor of System house, a company founded in Reggio Calabria in 1981 by the engineer Agostino Nicola Silipo, still sole director of the srl.
Around 140 predominantly female employees are involved in the sale of the former Maran di Santo Chiodo. There is cautious confidence in trade union circles regarding the arrival of System house srl in Spoleto. Cgil, Cisl and Uil, this is filtered, will quickly ask for the opening of a table in the Region to verify the intentions of the new ownership for the Spoleto site, starting with the employment front.
