Ancona, 21 May 2024 – For now it has only been only partially restored in the Marche the service of Cup reservation (Single booking centre; telephone and IT systems with App and links) affected by a technical anomaly since yesterday morning.
They continue to does not work the services of online and telephone booking. And until this morning even the Cup offices in the territories could not book any services, even if urgent. No other channels to refer to for those with emergencies if not the emergency rooms.
There Region and all the competent offices are working to ensure that the system returns to full capacity. In addition to the activities necessary for full recovery, they are being carried out investigations into the causes of the disservice: among the hypotheses there are those of a cyber attack but also of a technical issue which could have resulted from water infiltration due to bad weather of the last days.
