Neapolitan worker injured at the Lidl construction site in Asti is compensated after 3 years


The tragic accident occurred in Carmagnolain the province of Astiwhere the Lidl logistics hub is located today, has finally found a positive resolution for the worker involved, three years after the events.

On April 19, 2021, a 42-year-old Moroccan worker residing in Afragola lost his balance while working on a platform of a crane about 15 meters high. He fell onto scaffolding after a flight of about 7 metres.

Immediately rescued, the man was transported by helicopter to Cto of Turin with severe multiple fractures. After a long recovery period, which forced him not to work for 22 months, the story finally had a positive epilogue.

Thanks to the work of the lawyers Domenico Iodice and Alberto Taglialatela, the worker obtained adequate compensation which allowed him to receive the best medical care and support his family during his recovery.
