The ANMCO (National Association of Hospital Cardiologists) National Congress 2024, which took place in Rimini from 16 to 18 May, has just concluded.
Savona Cardiology was involved with a large number of doctors invited to be part of the Congress Faculty with reports, moderations and presentation of scientific works.
Dr. Luca Olivotti (current president of the Ligurian regional section of ANMCO), Dr. Marco Botta (also former regional president of ANMCO Liguria in the years 2018-21), doctors Stefano Cornara and Alberto Somaschini participated.
In the large Ligurian delegation that participated in the event, in addition to the medical specialists who attend (as part of their training course) the Cardiology of Savona, there were also Doctor Danilo Baccino, also serving in the Cardiology of San Paolo and the Dr. Attilio Biagini, already in service at the Cardiology Clinics of Cairo.
The event takes place every year and involves all the main national cardiology entities, through sessions of updating and scientific and management comparison on all the main topics concerning cardiovascular diseases and cardiology research.
The now usual high number of attendees and the contribution to the event of the Savona cardiologists confirms the characteristics of value of the San Paolo Cardiology Structure, directed by Dr. Pietro Bellone.
