Paid parking in Bisceglie, Filcams Cgil Bat meets the company

The meeting between the company in charge of the paid parking service in the municipality of Bisceglie and the representatives of Filcams Cgil Bat who represent the workers historically employed in the service ended with a “no outcome”. The meeting was requested, initially unsuccessfully, by the union to understand when the company would take over the management of the contract and what decisions were taken to guarantee future employment for the workers, first of all by understanding the type of contract to be applied, how many hours and under what conditions.

«Submit the application of a contract (SAFI) not applicable for the sector and to date, among other things, canceled by the only trade union acronym, which had signed it some time ago (as already communicated by the OS, with one of the previous letters sent to the Body), inevitably did not find the willingness to accept it from our trade union organization” explains Mimmo Spera, of Filcams Cgil Bat.

«The company that has the formal commitment (as declared in the tender phase) for the reinstatement of the personnel historically employed in the service, will attempt an interlocution with the Institution, to represent the difficulties that emerged in the meeting and understand which these could be any possible solutions” Filcams announced, awaiting a new meeting with the company.
