The movement for the Catanzaro – Lamezia Terme urban area, continuing along the path of involving the entire community of reference to spread the culture of social, civil as well as economic growth, met with the leading exponents of the Calabrian Solidarity Center ETS.
Present for the movement were the coordinator Piero Amato and the board member Guglielmo Merazzi; for the Calabrian Solidarity Center ETS Isolina Mantelli and the administrative manager Vittoria Scarpino.
At the meeting it was agreed that it is necessary to mobilize all social components to promote cohesion, inclusion and well-being of the communities involved. In fact, it is only if we stand together that it will be possible to achieve objectives of such far-reaching and relevance.
In this vision, the movement is committed to bringing together the social, institutional and entrepreneurial worlds as an indispensable element for the creation of innovative projects with a strong drive for change.
The Calabrian Solidarity Center can thus assume an important role because it represents a world made of voluntariness and solidarity, positioning itself as an important social garrison in support of the most vulnerable.
In its daily commitment to combating phenomena of violence and social marginalisation, it also acts, together with many other Third Sector organisations, as a true bulwark in favor of social inclusion.
At the end of the discussion, it was decided to organize a special meeting in Catanzaro, open to all and to the world of the Third Sector in particular, to delve deeper into all the topics covered with the participation of sector experts.
The meeting will be aimed at defining useful ideas and proposals for the enrichment of a project already in the field and currently being discussed in specific technical/political tables activated in the municipalities of Catanzaro and Lamezia Terme.
