This morning in a public meeting in the presence of the municipal electoral commission, the general secretary and citizens, the electronic draw took place for the next European and administrative elections on 8 and 9 June of 200 names among the 7401 names included in the special register of people suitable for the office of polling station scrutineer. The 200 scrutineers drawn (4 for each polling station) were simultaneously assigned to the respective polling stations during the drawing phase. A further 200 names of possible replacements have also been drawn in the event of the owners renouncing.
Attached is a list of the scrutineers drawn and the associated seats. The attached list is also in progress publication in the online praetorian notice board together with a further list of any substitutes.
As regards sections no. 6 and 7 indicated in the list, even if the name of the polling stations still appears in the via Vanzetti (Mazara Due) system, as is known, the electoral commission has ordered the temporary movement of the two polling stations to the Santa Gemma school in Piazza Montessori but we are awaiting ratification of the move by the district electoral commission.
